Help / Battlefield problems

Every time I try to run Battlefield 1942, a tan-gray screen comes up. I hear the " ea games... challenge everything" and then the music, but I'm getting no video except for the tan screen. I am not running too many programs, and it works some days and not on others. Any guesses?

my friends peed in a cup, poured it on the windshield, inside of the car, then set the remaining in the cupholder to evaporate the whole day in the hot sun.

Before I hacked, on OMFG Wake 24/7, I would go 100-0 in an SBD above the clouds, circling their base over and over without becoming visible.
