The History of the Middle Finger

Before the Battle of Agincourt in 1415, the French, anticipating victory over the English, proposed to cut off the middle finger of all captured English soldiers. Without the middle finger it would be impossible to draw the renowned English longbow and therefore they would be incapable of fighting in the future. This famous English longbow
was made of the native English Yew tree, and the act of drawing the
longbow was known as 'plucking the yew' (or 'pluck yew').

Much to the bewilderment of the French, the English won a major upset and began mocking the French by waving their middle fingers at the defeated French, saying, See, we can still pluck yew!  Since 'pluck yew' is rather difficult to say, the difficult consonant cluster at the beginning has gradually changed to a labiodentals fricative F', and thus the words often used in conjunction with the one-finger-salute!

IT IS STILL AN APPROPRIATE SALUTE TO THE FRENCH TODAY!

I watched it and still don't understand what they are. Cleaning products maybe, that door to door salesmen try and sell or something? They are referenced to 3 times in the movie. Heres the first:

It's a spoof on Amway door to door sales.  Everybody hates them (not unlike the french) so they made a parody and used noway instead of amway.  EVERBODY IN AMERICA GOT IT!  Get with the program Dune, I really can't take out all this time in my busy day at work to explain my all comedy angles. I took the time to understand Montey Python, Benny Hill, The Young Ones, The Green wing.  At least put in a little effort.

ok... Manowar, so tell the truth, what were you REALLY looking for when you found that vid? Rubbers or the screwing of goat/sheep, come on, tell us  :P
Well you see I was drinking at the Blue Oyster Bar, got a little drunk and woke up with a goat.

That was a waste of time.

And as for you Sondre, I apologize if I made fun of your girlfriend.  For me (and most of the free world) fucking a goat is considered funny.  I did not know it was a normal practice and taken seriously by you.  Might I recommend a set of high top cowboy boots to free up your hands.  I hear your goat likes a good thumb jammed in his ass right at climax.
