haha, easy blackjax. I'm not trying to prove anything. But I'm not too sure how many interpretation s you can take from that verse... plus, that first quote was from the NIV which I think is the newest version of the Bible available. If not, then please feel free to check an updated one. It probably will have it in there because Deuteronomy is full of stupid laws like that. I'm double majoring in Comparative Religion so I like finding little quirks in all religions that are really fucked up (we're studying native american peyote religion in a few weeks here...) =] Sorry if I offended anyone. That wasn't the intent.
