Really? The NVIDEA one comes with software I guess to make it where you can operate 2 seperate monitors from the same computer. I have the media center and it would be nice to be able to watch TV on full screen and then keep doing stuff on the computer on the other monitor.
What you are looking for is a MULTImedia Center. To upgrade your
computer to a Multimedia Center you will need an ATI Radeon videocard,
some other stuff and a lot of software that you can get here:

If you are using an Adobe program push Ctrl+t, then hold down Shift as
you shrink your picture by mouse. Then adust the outlining to match
the size of your picture (by pushing Enter).
