In honor of one of the greatest Boston Red Sox of players all-time being traded to the L.A. Dodgers today, I thought I'd post his greatest 2 plays ever:
#1: For those of you non-baseball players, when the ball is hit to an outfielder, he throws it in to either the 2nd baseman or shortstop, also known as a "cut-off" man. Well Manny Ramirez, playing leftfield, decided to
cut off the cut-off man from a throw by Johnny Damon in centerfield. Unbelievable, and never been done before. Here's a link to a better summary -

#2: The only time in the history of baseball an outfielder makes a great catch, jumps on the wall to high-five a fan, and then throws a guy out at first base. Amazing.
