Let me see, a new MB for $145 or a new Fan to fix the cooling problem for $5, don't know that is a hard one  ;) . What ever it takes to get in that 1st place spot I guess  :P

OK ..... i put a new one in 3 years ago !!

My processor fan is out ..... could be that ??

And i think my PSU is only 350 watts ..... maybe i'll get a 550 or more ???

If the fan doesn't work, the CPU overheats. When it overheats, it turns off by itself.

Make sure dust or hair is not in any of the fans. Use one of those compressed air dusters to blow out the air, but be careful to blow the dust OUT, and not back into the system.

If you don't have any high end components or don't plan on getting any soon, then I'd just stick with the 350 W power supply you have. If you buy that motherboard, check all the specifications and make sure that it gets what it needs.
