Btw whats the point of closing threads? why cant they just die out on their own?
We close threads because they go way off topic. People do not want to log into the forum and read new threads, and have 50 new replies to 5 new subjects that aren't talking anything about the subject, it is a waste of time. Plus, some people like to go back and read threads to find quotes or pictures or information, and if a thread stays on topic, it is easier to remember and find information than if it is spammed up.
Why did you start a new thread in the graphics section of the forum? Because that is where it belongs, because our forum is organized. Why didn't you just pick a random thread that has already been created in the help section or general or media, and ask for a sig there? Why do we even have boards? Why don't we just have one board, one thread, and everyone talks about whatever they want to talk about there? (those are rhetorical questions)
If this continues in the graphics section, it will go on forever, and I for one do not feel like reading about people posting spam pictures anymore. So since you don't want it closed, it is now going to the spam section and the people who don't want to read spam won't have to deal with it. Threads seem to die out sooner in that section. Or you guys can spam it up, let it "die on its own," I don't care.
